Complaints or observations regarding the services and activities provided by the Department of Veterinary Sciences can be forwarded by following the procedure approved by the Department Council. 

These must be addressed to the Quality Assurance Manager of the Department by e-mail (raq@vet.unipi.it) using the appropriate form. 

Complaints can also be submitted anonymously. The Quality Assurance Manager guarantees the anonymity of the complaint.
