The curricular internship may be completed exclusively at Department facilities or at partner companies. Start an Internship at Department Internal Facilities If the internship is to be carried out at Departmental facilities, the Training Project must be drawn up by the Academic Tutor using the appropriate form and then printed in two originals, each of which must be signed by the instructor (academic tutor who may be a professor or researcher) and signed by the intern for acceptance. Start an Internship at Partner External Companies Once the training objectives have been defined in agreement with the Academic Tutor and the Intern, the External Tutor of the company/institution proceeds to enter the necessary data for the preparation of the Training Project on the University portal “Curricular Internship Management” by accessing the reserved area using the credentials provided (ID and password).At the end of the data entry procedure, the Training Project must be “finalized,” i.e., made definitive and printed in three originals, each of which must be signed by the Academic Tutor (who may be a professor or researcher), the Company/Institution Tutor, and countersigned by the Intern to indicate acceptance.For further information and the relevant forms, please consult the dedicated page (aggiunger elink in inglese). Start an Internship at Non-Partner External Companies If you intend to carry out your internship at companies/institutions that do not have agreements with the Department, the company/institution must submit a proposal to enter into a new internship agreement, following the procedure reported on the dedicated page. After the internship has been initiated, one original of the Training Project must be submitted by the Intern to the Master’s Director for approval by the Master’s Council.The resolution of the Master’s Council, approving the Training Project, must be sent to the Master’s Office, which will proceed with its activation.Once activated, the Intern may begin the curricular internship period and submit the second original of the Training Project to the company (only for external companies/institutions).Finally, one original of the Training Project must be kept by the Intern.
