Insect as Feed and Food During the Blended Intensive Program (BIP), the main topic “Insects as Feed and Food” will focus on farming systems and the practical applications of insects as human food and animal feed. The nutritional value of insects and their characteristics will also be addressed, with a view to supporting a progressive increase in animal production while reducing its negative environmental impact.
